JumpPoint Legacy offers a straightforward subscription model designed to give you time to evaluate the platform before committing.
1. Free Trial Period
You start with a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. During this period, you can test the functionality with up to 2 vault items and 1 estate packet save at no cost.
2. Annual Subscription
After the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to our STANDARD plan at $29 per year. The subscription is for 12 months and provides unlimited vault items, unlimited estate packet saves, and full access to all features.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your vault will remain active until the subscription end date
- You will retain access to all features until the subscription expires
- Your subscription will not automatically renew
4. Account Deletion
If you decide to delete your account, all data will be permanently deleted and will become unrecoverable. This includes:
- Your vault and all vault items
- Contact details and personal information
- Vault history and audit logs
- Saved estate packets and documents
- All encryption keys associated with your account
5. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to use the 7-day free trial to fully evaluate the platform before subscribing.
